We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if items meet the following criteria:

To initiate a return, email support@quantumgamingstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days (shipping costs may not be refunded unless due to our error)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives defective, wrong, or damaged, please email support@quantumgamingstore.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
